Interval timer for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch
Intervally
Set how long to work, how long to rest, and how many rounds, then press Start and train. A tone on your iPhone or iPad, or a tap on your wrist, marks every interval change, so you never have to watch the clock.
No subscription, no ads. Intervally is free to use, with no ads and no account. Intervally Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: buy it once and it unlocks iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, shared with your family.

What it does
Train with your iPhone or iPad
Press Start and put it down. A tone marks each change, higher for work and lower for rest, with a 3, 2, 1 countdown before it. The cues play over your music, podcast or audiobook, with Intervally open or your screen locked.
Or on your wrist
With Apple Watch, every interval change taps your wrist, even with your wrist down or the screen off. Build a workout on iPhone, then tap Start on Watch to run it on your wrist.
Your countdown on the Lock Screen
The countdown stays on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Lock your iPhone or switch apps and the workout keeps exact time, and if the app closes, it picks up right where you were.
Name every interval
Call each interval what it is, like Run and Walk or Sprint and Recover, and give it an icon. Its name shows on the run screen, your Lock Screen and your watch, and the voice coach says it.
Presets for how you train
Start with Classic, Tabata or EMOM, then set the work, rest, rounds and Get Ready time your way, to the five seconds.
Saved to Apple Health
Every finished workout can be saved to Apple Health as the activity you choose, from HIIT to running, cycling, rowing, strength or yoga, with each work and rest interval recorded on its own. With Apple Watch, it counts toward your Activity rings.
Every session in History
With Apple Health, History on iPhone and iPad shows your workouts by week, with the rounds you finished and the calories for each interval, and with Apple Watch, your heart rate for each interval too.
Start it your way on Apple Watch
Ask Siri, add a button to Control Center, tap the Smart Stack widget, or pause with a Double Tap on supported watches. The complication shows the interval you’re on.
Private by design
No account, no ads, no tracking and no servers. Your workouts stay on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and in Apple Health if you allow it.
